The participating business is responsible for its customer relationship and for obtaining appropriate consent before sending messages.

• Businesses (customers of the platform): If you are a business user, this policy describes how data is handled to provide messaging services.
• End customers (message recipients): If you are receiving messages from a business, the business controls the conversation and customer records. You may also have rights described below.

• Business account information: business name, contact name, email, phone number, address, and billing information.
• Platform usage: log data such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and actions taken to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Messaging data: phone numbers, message timestamps, delivery status, and related metadata. Message content and attachments (e.g., images) may be processed and stored as needed to provide the service and conversation history.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting support.

• Provide and operate messaging services (deliver messages, show conversation history, attachments, and delivery status).
• Authenticate users and manage accounts and billing.
• Secure the service and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain, improve, and monitor reliability and performance.

• Access/correction/deletion: Business users may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting support. End customers should contact the business they are texting for requests related to that business’s records.
• Opt-out of messaging: End customers can opt out of SMS/MMS at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Participating businesses use SMS/MMS for customer care (e.g., appointment reminders, service updates, inspection results, and customer support). This program is not intended for marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.
• For help, reply HELP.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Your mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
